Ocwen Federal Bank Fsb very rude ripoff Orlando Florida
Ocwen acct was bought from delta financial and we did not know it was bought by them until we were sent the forms saying so.
We have been getting phone calls on the 2nd of the month saying they have not recieved our payment yet when we have until the 15th of each month and are asked to make a payment over the phone. And I tell them we have sent it to them. The first thing they ask is what is the last for digits of your socail security #. I asked the guy if our account is not do until the 15th why do we get these calls and he said it is to remind of of our payment. Well duh! How can someone forget about their house payment.
