I am a victim of Ocwen and my only way of fighting them was hiring a good lawyer. They are full of scams and fraudulent servicing and intentionally take advantage of the homeowner. Their customer service sucks as well as all of the so-called upper management and they are powered by corporate greed. Ocwen is the worst of the worst and they will get what is coming to them. FTC and HUD have many complaints on Ocwen and this is aiding some serious investigations of this fraudulent company. Words cannot describe the hate I have for Ocwen. They have tangled with the wrong homeowners and will have to pay dearly for all of their unlawful violations. The way to fight them back is to educate yourself to your rights and go after them legally. Do not waste time and hit them hard--they will even try to ignore your lawyer and this only helps your case. So go to the website of www.loansafe.org and read the helpful information on mortgage servicing fraud and scams. The helpful advisors there are not lawyers but can refer you to good mortgage lawyers if you need one. Sending Ocwen a QWR is really important so that all of the original mortgage documents can be reviewed. You probably need a forensic mortgage review and this is important to expose any violations in your mortgage documents. Any mortgage serviced by Ocwen can likely have legal issue violations in favor of the homeowner and the good lawyers affiliated with Loansafe are experts at exposing these. There is help and Loansafe is a wonderful website devoted to helping the homeowner save their homes. Arm yourself with knowledge and go after Ocwen with a fight. Do not let them wear you down and act quickly as they are probably trying to foreclose as we speak.
