Ocwen Charged excessive fees, have email stating reinstatement of loan, but never served me or my second mortgage of trustee sell, but received unlawful detainer December 28, 2007. I am still in my home at this time fighting, but extremely exhausted. I have too much to list and all documents and documentation of proof. Orlando Florida
My loan was sold to Ocwen by First NLC. I requested refinance at the beginning of the loan and was declined. I requsted that they re-write the loan, that was blowed off as well. This is the worst mess ever and there are so many complaints and lawsuits file against this company. My hope is to quickly get this matter obtained by a lawyer and in court before I'm put out of my home with my family. So, if Mr. Carl Bell of Sacramento sees this message, please let move quickly, because they already have. I'm in Sacramento County. Just for FYI, to benefit from a class-action, we have to be the first to file by our attorney's or the benefits aren't really worth it.
