I am a former employee of Ocwen Federal Bank. I have seen this situation many many times before yours. Because Ocwen has untrained, inexperienced agents such as Victor and Rafael. Your only prevention is to always speak with a Floor Lead or Group Lead. Always get their First Names, Last Names, and phone extension #. This will help back what arrangements were set up by an agent, than confirmed by a supervisor incase you were to ever fall under a fraudulent act of Ocwen Federal Bank. Advise the agent and supervisor that you would like something in writing to this effect. It can be faxed for immediate recording.
