Hello, Last year I payed down principal balance on my mortgage by 40%. I requested OCWEN to recalculate my monthly payments. It's been over four month and my requests are being ignored. There is no way this company lost my previous three written requests. The last time I called to see why my payment amount was still the same as it was based on the original loan they said we may recalculate it if you send additional amount of $5000 it may take between 60 to 90 days and it may stay the same after all. ..did I mentioned I payed down 40%??? Now they purchased additional flood insurance for me even though I explained that I have it part of my HOA fees it's included in my condo association policy. this company is operating without any logical reason. The intent is not legal and I am trying to understand why I never ever revived a proper billing statement explaining in a clear way where my monthly charges are applied to.???? I hope US Government will seriously look in to this business model operating in Florida. OCWEN already paid penalties in New York and CA, they should also be shut down all illegal operations and doings in he state of Florida. Kristina V Aventura,Florida.
