I would like to file a complaint to Odesk Corporation for suspending my Odesk account and did not issued my available earnings that my client paid to me for the work. I spent 4 long years with this company built a good profile and reputation. I had a feedback score of 4.70 out of 5 and they suspended my account stating that I voilated odesk terms and policies by not paying to people in my company account. I showed them proof as well and also requested that if required I will go ahead and pay to these guys and will settle everything but do not suspend my account. They said that they sent me multipe warning messages but I didn't receive any from them. Everytime they contacted me I responded them immediately. My life is ruined by them because I worked very hard to built my freelancing profile. They said that they are private firm and have full right to terminate accounts whenever they feel like without any obligation. Is there anyone who can help me with this? I feel like committng suicide. They have taken everything away from me in just one day.
