Issue is.
They suspended my profile without any notice and closed it. A message appeared up to contact customer support. I did they launched the complaint and it took 1 week to get a response from the department who is handling it.
The response I received was “they were asking me about people who I didnt know". I provided all info they need. 2nd Last reply I received from them was Monday 23rd March. 12.39 PM. PST time and "they asked me about my personal relationship with a person in my agency". I also provided that information but after that there is no reply from them and it has been a week. One thing it clearly shows that I have not violate any policy for sure else they would ask me about that thing or close my account.
I had been sending a follow up email to them regularly since last Monday. I have gone to forums, communities, customer support, (chat / live) social media, they are saying one thing, "wait for response, it is handled by other department". Upon Inquiring they told me they have not suspended financial part of my profile which again reflects I have not done any violation. They are saying keep working on your existing projects. But I have seen on different complaints on different forums that they close your account without notifying and if they will do that all of a sudden I will lose all the money which I have there. So I informed this to my employee and we decided we will not work on odesk.
Today 30th March, I received a reply that I did violate some rules or policy which they cannot tell me and they are closing my account. This is discrimination. I don’t know what I have done and I don’t know how to correct it. This is simply ridiculous. I wish them pain, restlessness, worry, concerns, hardships, difficulties, depression, anxiety, discrimination to all the people who have given me tension and depression and closed my account.
