I would advise everyone to steer well clear of Of Road Armor! I'm not usually one for public shaming, but I've exhausted all avenues with JD and his "business" and am infuriated by his blatant disregard for his customers. I ordered an XJ rear bumper from him on August 1st (for $550), and never received the product. I was originally supposed to pick it up while in Colorado, but he busted his deadline and didn't have it finished in time. He then offered to ship it for free which I thought was pretty nice of him, however it quickly devolved into an absolute nightmare. As you can see from the picture I posted, he initially said he would send me a tracking number on August 17. It is now over a month later, and not only do I still not have a tracking number, but he has refused to respond to any of my emails, texts, or voicemails to even give me an update as to what's going on. His "business" has not answered the phone any of the dozens of times I've called, nor have they responded to any of my half dozen voicemails. The best part about this whole ordeal is that he charges the full price up front. He is nothing more than a low life scam artist preying on fellow off road enthusiasts. Stay well clear of JD, or he will steal your hard earned money!
