Office Depot Beware Office Depot Brand Furniture Nationwide
Beware Office Depot brand furniture. The large tag on them says they have a 5 year warranty. The very fine print says it's only 3 years for the 'faux' leather on their chairs. They replaced the arm rest last year. They replaced the backrest 2 weeks ago. Now they refuse to replace the seat bottom and say I did not even deserve the parts they already sent me! Really? Obviously the quality of materials is very low. Very poor customer service and very deceptive warranty policies. I've spent my last dollar at Office Depot (and I have spent a ton on money there in the past).
