The store brand of Lexmark 32 black ink is horrible. I bought a double pack of black ink and put one of the new ink cartridges in my printer and the error message came up that said "it's time to replace your cartridge". The same thing happened with the second one. Now I am not only out of ink but $50 too because the store doesn't believe me.

since the store is not helping you, contact customer service at officemax.com or call the number you find there....this will send a report to the district manager, and they will demand the issue is resolved...also, if you read the package it is 100% satisfaction guarranteed...play it right and you will not only get a refund you will get the lexmark brand for the price of the omax brand
