I received a call many times from the number 409-539-7357, individuals name is Officer Michael Black. from the Fecderal Trades Commission.

He states I will have a warrant out for my arrest, police will be looking for me, if I do not pay back a loan of $9,876.31 with fees attached from United Cash Advance. When this individual kept switching to his boss, supervior, the loans comissioner, there was a long hesitation of being on hold, then that same person came on the line with the same voice yet stating a different department.

He then asked me what my telephone nunber was, which I stated he already had and he also stated the money needed to be paid by this evening before he gets off at 6: p.m.

On top of it all, he called my place of work to get the message to me through my boss, which put my boss on alert.

As you know, the FTC does not have Officers that call you for collections. The FTC does not put out arrest warrants. You can not be arrested for not making a payment on debt. This is a scam. There is no debt that you have with the FTC and the FTC is not a collections agent.  These scammers get more and more brazen with every post on here.

Hopefully you were able to let your boss know that this is a nationwide scam and has nothing to do with you personally. The only thing you can do is ignore the caller. Hang up when he calls. Never send him money as it will encourage him to call you more frequently for more funds.
