04/24/08 placed an order for the Foot Detox Pads. Total was $25.94. They got their money from my account on 04/25/08. Never rec'd product. I tried several times to call and email. Phone, you would get a message that the message box is full and no response to emails.

The actual spelling of this scammers last name is Giudici, which was obtained from his "LinkedIn" profile where he declares himself as the owner of "www.AsSeenOntvShop.net" which has the same contact info as these other scam that he claims he is not a part of. Coincidence? I don't think so.

I pulled this information right from a post by this scammer promoting his "business". You can verify my information for yourself at: http://www.bignews.biz/?id=2233 It clearly shows: "Submitted by" Stefan Guiddci [email protected] 877-851-9305 Check it out for yourself! One step closer to getting the FEDS on to this jerk.

I suggest you file a credit card dispute IMMEDIATELY!! You will NEVER get anything from them, as this is just a scam to steal your money! File criminal complaints as well. See my other reports on these scammers where I have identified them. Notify IRS too! I bet they haven't paid taxes on this stolen money!! That's just a start. I am taking this fool down!

04/24/08 I placed an order on line for the Foot Detox Pads. Invoice #: 9700, order #:053798190. Total was $25.94. They got their money from my checking/debit account on 04/25/08. I never rec'd the product. I tried several times to call and email. When I phoned, I would get a message that the message box is full and never a response to my emails. They had on their website ControlScan which I thought was safe and secure. They also have it on their new website. Complaint against: OFFICIAL T.V. ONLINE, NY Internet Technologies LLC Stephan Guiddci / NY Internet Technologies LLC 1355 Roanoke Ave, Ste 10 Riverhead, NY 11901 877-581-3905 http://www.official-tv-online.net Also had listed the following phone # and fax#: Phone #: 877-851-9305 Fax #: 631-369-2672 Looks like their website is now gone and they have a new one listed under RHS Enterprises. RHS Enterprises 16 West Main St, Ste 1 Riverhead, NY 11901 631-369-2672 http://www.natural-foot-detox.com Also, when I tried to email from both websites, I noticed they both had the same exact email address: [email protected] I have also filed a complaint with my bank, the BBB of New York, ControlScan and The NCL and The Federal Trade Commission.

Dispute that charge immediately!! Also file a FRAUD complaint with your credit card company. Tell them about all of the reports here on Rip Off Report.
