OKINUS Hidden charges after balance was dropping Crosby Texas

Wife and I purchased 2 computer desk from Lone Star Rustic Furniture in Crosby, Texas. The blance was 1000. So we tried to finace through them in which they use GE Capital. Well, they delcined it since we already had an open account in good standing with GE Capital. So the store said we can get you financed through another compnay as it will be 90 days same as cash. So we said okay. They said it's OKINUS; we said okay casue we needed new computer desk since we jsut moved into our new house. So they ran credit and everything came good, and said we qualified. But, I would have to make a $153 down payment. So we said okay. So every month they pull $153 out of bank draft. Wife paid an extra $300 in July. Been making payments regulary. Well, I started noticing they're still taking payments out so I started researching, and doing some math. So if you take the balance of 1000, and subtract 4 payments of $153 month that is $612, plus the extra $300 my wife made extra in June or July. The total is $912. But, when I just got off the phone with about 15-20 minutes ago, the csr stated we still owe $4xx some dollars. I was like how is that? The balance was less than $100. She tried stating that our 90 days same as cash expired on Septmeber 4, 2014. I was like how you gonna charge me over $300 in fees? She said I needed to look over my contract. I said contract didn't state anything about payment going up that much. Store said they'd charge a small fee is we missed the 90 days same as cash. I then asked how much of the $153 is going towards the new balance she stated only $65. I was like what???? This is a rip off. They're constantly piling on charges on a monthly basis. I do not recommend anyone to this ripoff of fake finacing. Stay AWAY!!! Far AWAY AS POSSIBLE!!!!

Okinus is a no credit needed company. The above customer is correct Okinus, Inc does give every customer the option to pay 90 Day SAC (SAME AS CASH). The above contacted Okinus after the SAC expired, upset that the account was not paid out. The customer was directed to review the contract that signed stating the regular monthly payments.
Okinus provides each customer with a payment schedule that will give the payoff after each payment, this same information is included in a Welcome Letter (snipit provided) detailing the regular monthly payment along with the date of the SAC expiration. If the SAC date passes the customer will have to pay the monthly fees. All fees are disclosed on the contract.
Okinus does not "pile charges", the contract states all charges. If after reading the contract customers may contact Okinus if are unsure or have questions (Okinus was not contacted), the signature on contract signifies that the contract was read and understood. Okinus does report to Equifax monthly. The Okinus rep that worked with customer was able to get the customer taken care of to the customer's satisfaction.
