4/19/04-my girlfriend called them to confirm my paymnt was recieved. Mark-the rep asked her name.. When she gave he told her that she had bill from 1996 AND if not paid in 3 days,, MY electric would be disconnected.

4/27/04-my service cut off. I called and talked with Judy. She was sarcastic, condescending; and rude. Told me that service wouldnt be reconnected until I paid her bill... I told her this was crazy. I am the sole person on my account and have been a customer over 20yrs. She didnt care. I called several times to be transferredto the 2 reps I spoke of.. w/same results. Found out they transferred my account to final billing and indicated on my file I was disputing this. (this was to insure all communication being transferred to them; I am sure) Friday I recieve my bill and cut off notice for May 13 if not paid. My electric has been cut off now going on two weeks. I have wrote formal complaint on OG&E to Public Commission, Attorney General; and federal Trade Commission. They think they are above the law. (Ok Statutes state 1996 is too long to even bill my girlfriend)
