This company has long been deceiving people. They try all sorts of ways to pull money and do it within the law. They work with a lawyer whom they pay money and the lawyer wrote to them the documents and develop schemes specifically for their business. Never send them to hard disk drives for data recovery.

Despite previous miscommunications on my part, this company has continued to do all that they can to make the situation right.
I realize that many of my posts have been pretty aggressive and I apologize for their tone, but the matter was serious. Fortunately, they’ve taken these matters seriously every step of the way as well when had our positions been reversed I might have even written myself off as simply a crazy person!
Now that everything is resolved (they refunded the disputed amounts and still performed the service resulting my getting my data back), I can see the mix-ups for what they are – simple misunderstandings made worse by my hostile tactics.
If it weren’t for their patience, professionalism, and commitment to my satisfaction, then I think we’d both be at a loss. Consequently, though it might sound strange to say, after all this has been said and done, I would recommend this company to anyone in need of not only data recovery, but of a service provider that is willing to work even through the most extreme circumstances.
I can say that I am now 100% satisfied and that while I regret the aggressiveness of my tactics here (since they only hurt the process of resolution), I am glad that matters were able to concluded amicably and equitably

I decided to ask again to find out what happened with my hard drive to the general manager of the company.
He listened to me and decided again check my case .
After that he refund all my money that I paid earlier and after 3 days restore all my data free of charge.
They apologized and I now have all of my recovered data.
I highly recommend this company.

The company returned the money for the damage I caused. I have no more complaints.
