This customer claimed that we were unable to
fully perform the promised services for which he said he had paid. We are
committed to providing great service at a very low cost to our customers.
We want our customers to be satisfied. Unfortunately, in this instance,
we do not have any record of this person as a customer. We have had no
customers with the name Patroll. We ask that this customer contact us
and provide us with the name and email address with which he logged in.
We can then, quickly process his refund, if, indeed he was a customer to begin
with. We want our customers to be 100% satisfied, but we have had no
contact record with this individual
