Tracy Menefee Inc, Onblass.com OnBlass Investigation is A RIPOFF Martinsburg West Virginia
Six months ago, I requested investigations done by onblass.com and waited and waited for results. I finally gave in and contacted the websites owner, Tracy Menefee whom wrote back and said she wasnt able to help me. I requested my money back but she said that although she couldnt provide any help with the investigations and that I wouldnt recieve my money back.
Onblass is a rip off. they shouldnt offer services which they cant provide.

My name is Monika from Mountain View CA - I really don't live there but that's beside the point of this posting. I am writing this posting to say I am very sorry for spreading lies on these people I don't know. I also know that I can go to jail if I don't watch it. Forgive me! If you read anything else, I please ignore it... I have problems and need attention.
