My housing association recently hired oncall parking manager. From the beginning, many have reported improper towing, with towing happening for every reason imaginable. These people loot your money, by having such impractical policies. NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY, they are not here to help you keep your community secure. Their policies are devised in order to rip you off your money. I had a valid car registration. I got a warning two days back and before I could respond to it, they have already towed the car. I tried explaining them that my registration has been renewed and I had the renewal documents on the dashboard, but they have no requirement to listen to you. They want your money and everything ends there. NEVER EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY, please use some other service, which is reasonable.
