Just like all the other complaints on this web site. Your company did not follow procedures which were faxed or e-mailed to your company. Also, you never contacted me (Robert, Director of OCS) to complain or to state why you were not being paid in a timely manor. We here at OCS do more than 500 service calls a month. We have been in business for five years averaging the same amount of calls every month. Therefor, if only five complaints have been made on this web site. We must be doing something right.
