One Hour Air 410 22nd St E, Bradenton, FL 34208. They sold me a defective air handler. After 2 years the capacitor went after 3 years, the unit starting leaking and the inside is constantly saturated with water. Bradenton Florida
I was told that my evaporator coil had leaks, and the cost to replace was $1500. and considering the age of the unit they recommended a new unit for troublefree worries about my AC. I had a unit installed after 2 years the capacitor went. after 3 years the air handler started dripping water constantly( not sweating which is normal) FULL SATURATION INSDIDE AIR HANDLER WITH WATER DROPPLETS ON UNDER SIDE OF OUTSIDE. I paid for a srevice call another $79.00 I was told that I needed a AC unit in my garage at a cost of about $5000. WHAT????
My garage does not get that got not to the tune of 130 degrees that they claimed. 8 months later my evaporator coil blew, unit is under 4 years old. Hello thats why I put a new unit in the first place because of a bad evaporator coil. I called the company, I was told I need to repair the evaporator coil first before they can see if the unit is defective. Cost $1500.00, and I have a 10 warranty on parts. How did they come up with thise numbers.
Prior to speaking with the supervisor.I was quoted a price of $1000.00 by the technician when I said I wanted to the supervisor, the supervisor told me the cost was $1500 and he would do me a favor and charge the maintenance package price of $1200.00 That math seems off to me!!!!!. I even offered to pay $ 600 to replace the defective unit. I was told that I needed to fix the repair then he would check to see if the unit is defective. Doing some research and speaking to other technicians. THEY DO NOT USE GOODMAN AIRHANDLERS. The reason is they have a defect in the evaporator coils, they spontaneously burst. I would not reccomend this company to anyone, nor would I ever use this company.
The only truthful words out of thier mouths is the high prices in which they charge. I would like to put this company out of business I hope this report is taken seriously, If you dought my words I left my number for anyone to call me. Im sure I am not he only person to have this happen to. I hope I can prevent anyone else from this nightmare. If you have plenty of money to spend and dont mind dealing with breakdowns, problems and extra cost to repair a poorly made product this company is for you.

The supervisor said that a unit should not leak like mine, he told me that I needed to pay $ 1500 to fix the defective part that was under warranty but I still had to pay. Only then will they check to see if unit is defective. When I spoke to the technician he quoted me a price of $1000, after speaking to the supervisor it went up to $1500 and he said he would do me a favor and charge $1100. Bradenton Florida
