One Kings Lane Inc. No Matter How Pretty - Don't Think Twice - WALK AWAY SAN FRANSICO Internet
To say they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced would be an understatement. They have admitted both verbally and in writing their responsibility for the shipping error, they have agreed to pay to correct same. However I have yet to see any of it. They went so far to offer an 800.00 credit for a 5,000.00 table. In total my experience with them has cost me over 12,000.00 to say I'm unimpressed would be an understatement. Again - avoid any and all transactions with this company unless you have the name of a good Attorney
