One Step Better Computer very poor businesswoman Endicott New York
In December 2004 I had a laptop computer keyboard replaced by One Step Better. I was given fast, good service. They located a battery for the computer at my request. I paid for the battery at that time. Now all I have is excuses - no battery.
I have made several trips to the shop, but it never seems to be open any more. I have gotten the owner on the phone a couple times and made arrangements to pick up the battery, but she never shows. She said she would deliver the battery to me twice - no battery. Last time I called I requested a refund, but I have not received it yet. I thought this would be a good shop - several people were working there when I first went there, but now no one is ever there.
