I have placed an order with onestopplus.com on 12/12/13 and I was hopeful that I would receive my shipment by Christmas as the delivery time stated 8-10 business days. And, apparently, my order did arrive in my country on 12/20/13. And that was the end of it! Today is 12/27/13 and no-one is able to confirm the exact place my parcel is being kept in!

Today I had a webchat with Terrie from onestopplus.com who told me that my shipment ETA is 1/15/14 - meaning 19-20 business days instead of 8-10.

This is beyond ridiculous. Any other USA company I had dealt with would supply the goods within a fortnight, maximum three weeks (if the goods had to be sourced from abroad or overseas).

I wanted to give my wife presents for Christmas initially, then for the New Year... And now what - for Valentine's Day?

I have demanded an order cancellation and money paid reimbursement to no avail. My order has been shipped and they are unable to do anything!
