The crrok behind the company is Alan V Eaton - President & Registered Agent. He can be found using various people search methods, intelius.com, pipl,com, peoplesearch.com etc. You may have to take a free trial to fully dig-up the info. Intelius is the bes that I have found - take a 7 day free trial (use a credit card that will expire in 1-2 days).

Once you can determin where he resides, you can send him a letter asking for a refund of the amount that he ripp you off. If the people search doesnt work, look for his property tax records (there are all public record)

I had a little more time to dig deep on this crook. He lives in Utah County, not Salt Lake County. His business (run out of his house) can be seen by look-up in the UTAL Public Land Look-up website - 1533 N 800 WEST - MAPLETON UT - do the address search and click on 36:752:0002 and the search will return "EATON, ALAN & ALEISA":

I called the City of Mapleton Utah and he has NO business license at this address to operate OneGreatFamily in the town:

Complaints should also be directed to the City of Maplewood UT for his failure to have a City Business License, and to the State of UTAH for using a business phone number that goes to an answering machine only. Also, if you cannot reach him at the Corporation Registered Agent phone number listed as 801-489-0909, then complain to the Utah Dept. of Corporations for failure to have a working Corporate Registered Agent phone/contact number.
Good Luck trying to pressure this guy to get your money back.
