Online Business System paying for information C d Internet
I submitted $9.95 to Online Business System to get information. I am sent an email with short videoclip from a "personal coach" stating package is on its way and could be set up time talk about package after I reviewed it. I get the package, reviewed slick booklet, cd info. and testimonals. Nothing in the package tells me it is for Herbalife. I e-mail "personal coach" stating I've reviewed package information, it appears to be MLM sales leads for Herbalife or Amway. I'm not interested in participating and will return the package within the 14-day review period. I returned it 2 days later. If find out 3 days later that "personal coach" charged my credit card $39.95 (the cost to be charged if package NOT returned before 14-day review period). I challenge the charge. Personal coach replied brochure was damaged and cannot be reused so she charged my credit card. I'm sorry but nooooo. I paid $9.95 to get the information, $4 to return it. That's the cost of seeking information. Materials were returned within review period. It certainly isn't going to cost Personal coach $39.95 to get another brochure. Warning to others: do extenstive homework first before paying for any information! If I see a refund, I'll confirm that I got it.
