I ordered then returned their product unopened and with the rma number on the return package as directed. When I called the company to let them know they should be recieving the package with in the week the representative checked their system and tells me the package was already recieved and after processing it should take upto 7 days but can take up to 30 days that was on Tuesday September 30, 2013. I called a week later to follow up and the representative tells me that their records show the product recieved on Thursday October 3, 2013

now I ask to speak with a supervisor but none were available but one would call me back but it never happened. I called again this time refusing to hang up with out speaking to a supervisor after about 25min of refusing to be put on a call back list I spoke with a supposed supervisor named "Jone" the first time she reinerated that the refund can take upto 30 days but tried to reassure me that she was going to look into the situation and said to call back with in 3 days so I did and had trouble speaking with the supervisor it took another 20 min when she was finally on the line she gave me the run arround which just left me fustrated.

I have called back numerous times recieved conflicting information from different representatives some I've named. On the last call that I actually was able to speak with someone the representative stated that the refund can now take up 60 days which is an additiinal 30 days beyond what was originally stated so I became irrate and asked to speak with a supervisor and was connected to another supposed supervisor named Francis who vowed to handle the refund personally even provided me with a confirmation code/cancelation number. I have yet to recieve my refund and since the last time I spoke with someone

everytime I call from the moment the call connects I am put on an extended hold. I need my money refunded when I placed the order on September 14, 2013 it was suppose to be for a 10 day free trial period and I didn't realize they would be sending 4 bottles along with a bill for $148 & change so upon reciept of product I call the company to find out the return procedure this was well before the 10 days I was given the return address (a p.o box) and an RMA # to be put on the package and told that I would not be charged before the 10 days of free trial but I was charge the next day. PLEASE HELP ME
