They pretend to be a pharmacy. They pretend that they will mail you medicine at an affordable price. They take your money and do not send any medicine. Then if you demand a refund they will try to frame it with PayPal so that they can dispute the refund and get the money back and leave you with a bunch of problems with PayPal. Do not trust this company. These people are criminals who will pretend to send you medicine and don't care that they are hurting sick people.
