Last May I decided to take my husband to see England V France for the Six Nations 2018, to avoid disappointment I wanted to reserve the tickets early book my flights and reserve a hotel room to avoid disappointment etc.I searched on the internet and found a site TicketsRugby who were Paypal verifiied etc and were selling the tickets I wanted. On the site there were three different purchase levels relating to different area's in the Stade de France, I opted for the best seats middle of field and hopefully located close to the front for the best view. As a side by paying by Paypal I thought I would have some protection but that's not looking good either.

I recieved my tickets via email (although I was also charged a registered postal fee) on February the 28th 2018, on receipt I went to the seating plan of the Stade de France to find these seat were on the very top level in the corner and were the cheapest seats going. My purchase was £609.00 the tickets values are £68 (Approx) I immedialtley tried to call them on the number supplied on my Paypal reciept but the number does not work, needless to say my emails are unanswered.

I have tried to make a complaint via the Paypal resolution center this is the respones I got from them despite having described my situation to them including the telephone number etc being wrong and so on.Also bearing in mind I only got the tickets Feb 28th and then immediatley complained on their site.

We write to notify you that claim number PP-006-687-628-786 was closed in favor of the seller because you did not escalate the dispute within the 20 days that you had to do it.

I have since had to purchase additional tickets so the when we go to the game we can actually see the match at a further cost of £400.00 I am posting this in the hope that it will at the very least prevent this from happening to anyone else.
