onlinecarstereo.com Deceitful company, with horrendous service Verona California
I ordered my $99 speakers on the 21st of the month. Their site claimed that they shipped from an alternate warehouse on the 24th. I called on the 28th as they had not arrived and the shipping address was 3days ups ground. They said the ups tracking number would be updated at the end of the day. It did not. I called every day, only to hear the same lie, day after day. Managers were in reachable and unresponsive to messages. Finally on the 4th of the next month I told them that I was filing a grievance with ViSA as they appear to be an online scam, and that magically prompted a tracking number. The ship date shows it was recieved by UPS 2hrs after that call. The worst online audio retailer I have dealt with by far, careless customer service reps, untruthful statements, and unresponsive management. I hope they go belly up
