I placed an order for 3 pairs of leggings on August 15, 2017. More than a week passed without receiving shipping info. I had to reach out to the company to find out 2 pairs weren't in stock.
They said they'd send the third pair they did have. Well they didn't. I went back and forth with them for weeks. I repeatedly have asked to have my entire order canceled, as they offered, but they continued to ignore this request which was made over email.
They have not canceled it. They charged my card the day I placed the order. It has been 2 months and I STILL don't have product!
They stopped responding to emails when I threatened the BBB, FTC, and reviews. Prior to that, they were being snarky and thinking they were funny. I have everything documented in writing through email. This company is a COMPLETE scam. They completely ignored 3 requests from the BBB. So I'm dealing with government agencies and I disputed the credit card charge. Run in the other direction!!
