I am was looking for property information for a car dealership in Englewood, NJ who has been in business for 30 years at the same address in Englewood, NJ. I came across www.propertyrecord.com website which stated that for $ 1.00 it would provide me with a full property report for the car dealership in Englewood, NJ. I figured for $1.00 if I could get the property information and save me a trip to the county clerk's office in Englewood, NJ why not, so I went ahead and proceeded with requesting the report for 105 Grand Avenue, Englewood, NJ. It took 5 minutes for the report to be generated per the message on the screen and I was to be charged $ 1.00, all of sudden when I entered my debit card information,
they could not locate the address to the property in Englewood, NJ and I got an email message from Andy from Propertyrecord.com telling me that he was going to forward my report to his manager and I would get my report within one hour. In meantime they charged my debit card $ 18.95 and credited my propertyrecord.com account with 25 searches for other properties. I immediately contacted my back and have placed a claim to request a refund of $ 18.95 and the bank has issued me a new debit card so propertyrecord.com cannot recharge the $ 18.95 or $ 1.00 for a bogus. Beware of onlineaccessreport.com and propertyrecord.com, no report will cost you $ 1.00
