I just received a package today from Onlingo and I had no idea who they are until I looked them up online, my credit card was probably charged, but I cannot check it because a malware virus stole my credit card number from my computer, and someone started charging a bunch of items with it, so the fraud department at my bank closed down my account.

Now I can see why someone would want to buy 3 Xbox live accounts and order $100 worth of pizza from a generic pizza name place that is untraceable, but what I cannot understand is why someone would buy Onlingo instructional CD's with the stolen credit card # when it wasn't shipped to the thieves, but to me.

So I figured they were stupid, until I found out that they somehow got away with ordering a bunch of Xbox live accounts without being traced back to my stolen credit card, so I can't even have the satisfaction of shutting off their Xbox live accounts because they removed the credit card number from their accounts, how that works without any paper trail is way beyond me, so they can make a virus that bypassed my antivirus/firewall, perform fraud on a multibillion dollar company that is the leading authority of computer software (microsoft)...

So back to Onlingo, the question still remains of why Onlingo was ordered and sent to my address from someone that has mastered the art of thieving, I have a hard time believing that they didn't know they weren't going to get it.

So what motivation would they have for doing that..?

Onlingo's customer service is closed right now, but I will see what measures I have to take to get a refund, my account is shutdown by the fraud department, so I don't imagine I can get it refunded to my card, and they are not getting my new cards number, so I'll have to get them to send me a check.

Sounds like they like to stonewall people asking for refunds.

We'll see what happens, I'll post a follow up.
