even I can send you an e-mail saying the rebate was declined. or i can send you a letter or i can call you on the phone.make sure you check that the person is really from the company and state the names and people you talked to when writing a report.

FRAUD AND MISPRESENTATION Many provisions of the CPPA put special obligations on merchants. Some of the types of conduct by a merchant that are unlawful trade practices under the statute are the following: a. Misrepresent any material (i.e., important) fact with a tendency to mislead; (Onrebate.com) b. Fail to state a material fact with a tendency to mislead; (Onrebate.com) The rebate requirement is printed in small print and is not included in the rebate form ----> tendency to mislead and more but not applicable to Onrebate.com
