I ordered a generator and battery from this company. They gave me lots of excuses why there was a delay in my shipment - retooling at the factory, delay due to weather, etc. Enough time passed that I was no longer able to dispute this with my credit card company. Craig was unresponsive and in my view nothing more than a thief.
