Oodle Oodle.com Advertising Scam - Don't sign up for their advertising. HIDDEN is the fact you will CONTINUE to be billed $50 per month. Classic Negative Option TRICK. Naples, Florida
Don't use Oodle! Their fees for advertising are DECEPTIVE.
If you sign up for their advertising service, you will be charged $50 per MONTH until you cancel.
They do NOT disclose this.
If you dispute the recurring charge you get the following e-mail:
"Thank you for contacting Oodle ProTeam. At the time of your sign-up for Oodle Pro account you had agreed to our Terms of Use. (http://www.oodle.com/info/terms)
Regarding cancellation, the Terms section 14. Professional User state clearly:
All fees non-refundable, in whole or in part, even if the Service is suspended, or canceled prior to the end of your monthly or annual plan.
Monthly/Annual subscriptions automatically renew upon expiration.
This means that unless you cancel your account or change its renewal settings prior to its expiration, your account will automatically renew for another month/year. At the time of renewal, your credit card will be charged the then-current fees to renew the Service.
I am sorry to inform you that you do not qualify for a refund.
Your account has been cancelled and it will not be charged again in the future."
NOT Customer Friendly. You need to read the fine print on Section 14!!!!!
