Ooma - Ooma Telo Scammers - dishonest - unscrupluous Marina del Rey California
SCAM ALERT! This company will scam you by signing you up for premier service at the start—which is OK if you want it—and then not canceling the premier service but sneakily continuing the service and charging your card even after you personally called and spoke to alive rep to cancel the premier level!! BEWARE! They deliberately don't send you any kind of a confirmation of your cancellation so you have no record. I only discovered this because I keep a close eye on my credit card statements. Even after I called the second time —wasting my time again, thank you OOma-the rep started to try to sell me again on the premier service.
