Back about 1 1/2 ago I signed up for Opex Long distance for my Business line figuring I can save so money. I had Verizon as my main carrier and Opex as Long distance. Around Oct 2007 I received my bill from Verizon and it was so high that when I called them they said that Opex changed my account to have them handle My local and long distance. I never asked them to do this, so I asked Verizon to freeze my phone service so this couldn't happen again and called Opex to cancel my account. At that time they said ok and canceled my account. Every month since than they deduct money from my credit card even though I don't have service with them. I even received a letter stating that there was a credit on my account. Today I look at my statement and they charged me again, I call again and they state that there is no credit on my account, and you canceled your service in Oct 2007. I explained that they charged my credit card once again I would like a credit, she puts me on hold and comes back and says I will issue a check back to you, Sure I will believe it when I see it, If you are dealing with this BS company get away from them, they will just rip you off.
