Weel what to say about oponeo its hard to know where to begin i bought a tyre for my scooter, its cost £26 pounds , they took forever to send it and its supposed to be free next day delivery and when it did arrive they had sent me a huge tyre by mistake clearly not even a scooter tyre. upon close inspection it turned out to be a harley davidson tye. so like any good customer i phoned and told them they had made a mistake and asked to send it back and could i have some compensation for my time and the fact i would need to get another tyre. to which i got an indian manager on the phone who started to guilt trip me and be downright rude and asked how i would sleep at night for asking for compensation, to which i said ok then ill just keep the tyre no harm done. i then left it alone and went and bought a tyre from another company as i had to have one.

several days later i got a phone call asking to phone them i did, only to find they were threatening to send the baliffs round as the tyre i had was more expensive approx £80. but i had agreed on the phone to do this. then followed a game of cat and mouse trying to get hod of someone about this only to be told the person you need to speak to is in a meeting or gone home or has finished early or one of 100 excuses when i finally did get someone it was an englishman who said yes no problem well get the tyre collected free and issue you compensation no problem compensation is 78 pence. can you believe it allthose calls and waiting in and having the wrong tyre etc for 78p this is as they cant give back more than 3 percent of the order mad eh. so then i sent the tyre back in good faith and waited and waited no refund no phone call no emai.l nothing. and so i phoned again only to get oh there in a meeting and aother 100 excuses after days of trying i asked them to phone me they didnt'. so i phoned again and i said im going to have to get my lawyer involved they just talked over me said fine and hung up. but i did manage to find out from yet another phone call refund was issued on 11th january which is impossible as i only ordered the tyre at the start of feb thy are totally messed up. anyway thanks to some help from paypal i eventually got the £26 back but no refund for the 78p dont deal with the company it took 20 days to fix absolutley mad
