Ripoff Report would like to let readers know that Ripoff Report emailed this customer so the member business could make things right with them. Sadly, the author of the complaint below was unreasonable and didn’t allow Optimal Bankcard the opportunity to make things right with them within reason.
STATEMENT FROM OPTIMAL BANKCARD:
We don't charge percentages as service charges. We have a monthly service charge that is always disclosed to the customer in our sales pitch. Visa and Mastercard have assessment charges and dues, which is something that customers will pay regardless of who they go to. If this was not properly communicated to this specific reviewer, we will be more than happy to speak with them directly. In that case, we can pull their recorded all, and give extra training the the representative that was working with them. We always offer our customers a chance to speak to management directly to resolve present issues and solve future ones.

They tell you that there less than anyone else and there charge is nly 1.69% which is total B.S. they never tell you about the other charges of 2.67% on top of the 1.69% for service charges. Stay Away and dont believe the lies, trust me just stick with square or any logical place with no hidden fees
