Very disappointing. 

 

I I placed a trial order for which I was promptly charged shipping. That's clear in their ads and information. The products took maybe a week to get to me. After several days they weren't working for me and I called as they specified to cancel. In fact they said uou may cancel anytime. 

 

In That call on December 4 they offered multiple discounts to not cancel my subscription. I said the product does not agree with me and I could return it. They said give it 90 days to work. I said no. 

 

Juat at today I had full charges on both products on my credit card charged on DECEMBER 4 as well -- the exact day I called to cancel. 

 

When I called to ask to be refunded they said oh they cannot because that was the end of the trial period. When I asked why I wasn't told about the charges when I cancelled they said they don't know but it's not a rule. And then he said the best I can do is give you a discount....oh but you cancelled your account, so sorry, we cannot do anything.
