I ordered a "Trial Order" of Optimom Mango Cleanse" and of "Balanced Cambogia," on 10/29/16. The order arrived 11/13/16 following week, and I began trying it. Did not find it helpful, so was glad I had just done the trial. On 12/13/16 I received another order which I did not place. I checked my credit card acocunt, and found out that I had been chargered $320! I called customer service, and was told that I would have had to decline to recurring order within 14 days after the order was placed, which is buried somewhere in the fine print of terms of order. It was then explained that this was not a FREE TRIAL OFFER....just a TRIAL OFFER. Therefore after the 14 day trial was over, I was charged the full amount for that order, and they setup a recurring order. Hence by the time I received the order on 12/13/16....I had been charged $160 for the "Trial Offer" and $160 for the next order. I wanted to return the product and get my money refunded, but they denied that....saying I ad already used the "Trial Offer" ($160 + $4.95 Trial Offer Fee), and the recurring order had already been put into the system so could not be refunded. To say that I am LIVID is an understatement! Not only did the product NOT WORK....I then had to pay for the Trial Order and the subsequent order....the charges were all entered on the same day..11/12/16. Ironically if I wanted to continue the order I could get both products for a total of $40 a month....$20 for each....but I had to pay almost $80 for each for this "Trial Offer" totalling $160. They charged my card on 11/12/16 for $320. This is another of Dr. OZ's "Snake Oil" products...from which I am sure he gets a bonus. Stay away from these products and this company.
