Optimum Professional Property Management Will NOT help their harassed employer, The Homeowner IRVINE California
In my community called Lakeside, the security guard hired by Optimum has continually harassed my family by using racial remarks and has reported false allegations to the management company. We have contacted the management company to state that the allegations against us are false, but the management company continues to take the side of the guard. There are multiple families in our community that have had issues with the guard and the management company will not replace the guard and takes her side even when the guard has been proven to be lying. The guard has harassed residents of the community at the pool for wearing a swim shirt and shorts, due to their religious beliefs. Our rules state that you cannot wear denim or ripped shirts. She has followed residents of a particular race to their home and parked outside of their homes and harassed them saying that they don't live here. When reported, Optimum did nothing. When the guard called small biracial children hoodlums and blamed a broken fence on them when another neighbor said that it was their children, Optimum did nothing. There has been continual harassed from the guard to certain residents and the management company has and will not do anything about it. This makes it very uneasy to live in a community that we pay dues. We cannot enjoy the amenities that we pay for. The management company is not doing anything to protect their clients, who are their employers. It seems thatbthey enjoy watching their clients being harassed.

they currently have and are under investigation by the Fair housing administration,for discrimination 'RACIAL'. I would encourage you to make verry detailed information notes ,get lots of wintnesses and file a complaint with the Fair Housing Administration.togeather we can make a change. yes my opinium is bottom of the spitoon barrel management company. optimum is a total liability for any company or corporation stupid enough to do buisiness with a company who is currently involved in a discrimination complaint by the Federal Fair Housing Administration.i dont know how much money they spend on defending these people but but im sure the process is a long and costly one. i would be very weary of this company and their leader karen novak.
