Tracy Williams of Optimum Transport Network (OTN) aka Optimum Transportation Company of Georgia Inc. is a scam artist. Please run the other way if you come in contact with him.
He will take your money and get your business started (file all the paperwork), but will not provide you with any equipment (trucks). He sells these packages and says if you give him $50,000, then you will get 3 trucks that will net you $3000 per truck per month. He will take your money and never give you a truck. I know of 6 of us that he has gotten over on so far and he has the potential to get over on more. If you look at his website, his business package sounds good, but he does not do his part. He will talk to you constantly until he gets your money. Once he gets your money, he will tell you that he is filing for your business name (which he will do). He will send you different logos for your business (which he'll actually do). He will tell you that it's taking some time while filing for your operating authority (MC#) (which takes about a month). He may or may not file for your authority, it just depends. I did not get what Tracy promised, and he would not refund any of the money. He constantly says the money is "tied up in trucks right now."
His partner, Chris, is in on it too. His "assistant" Amber has no idea what she is getting into. His wife, Lisa, has to know what's going on as well.
As I stated, I have other people that he has ripped off. I am hoping they will fill out a report on him as well.

Man, if you have his license plate number, then one of the people he stole money from is a police officer so she can look it up. I do not know how to pass my information through here though. I will try writing the admin on here or something. The company I had was TJ Steele's Transportation Corporation. You should be able to google it and find my email.

Hey man i have his license plate number i took picture to his car when meet him in Atlanta he stole my money too. We need to catch him i live in Houston someone told me he is in Houston i don't know how to contact whit you since here i can't put my phone number.can you tell me How. I would like talk whit you. Man, if you have his contact information or a way to get in contact could you please give it to me? There are soooooo many people looking for him. We have filed a police report and everything trying to get him. The police aren't able to find him. He has gotten away with over $250,000 from just the few people I know of.

he comes to houston every now and then and talked to me a few times about finding loads for his trucks i told him to go on for he is so full of lies i can say so much about him i never gave him or his crew money for a big time guy like him i shouldnt have to show how to get loads or teach him how to deal with brokers or anything and his own mc # is no good last i knew only lasted a year i can think of a better person to stay away from.
