After dealing with an O'Reilly in Smyrna Georgia to no avail, I contacted corporate concerning my ordered that somehow got delivered to another store 50 miles away and, sent back to the starting point in California to be redelivered. I was transferred back and forth like a ping pong ball and put on hold for nearly 30 minutes before speaking to the loss prevention manager as requested. Even then, the loss prevention manager (female named Lee) was very lethargic and seem not to care one iota about my situation.

So livid, I informed her that I would be making a vlog about this entire ordeal to be seen by over 500,000 of my subscribers Nationwide. And then, all the sudden she accuses me of making physical threats to an operator prior to speaking with her. Lol. Like I said before, I record all telephone conversations. So, miss security manager if you want to make false accusations, go ahead because the tape don't lie. Furthermore, you'll just be making me a very rich man. They'll do anything to keep their reputation from being tarnished. Even lie to have you arrested.
