I will start by saying at Orlick Industries http://www.orlick.on.ca/ does not care about there employees at all this week alone they let go 12 employees from there stoney creek location (both supervisors were told to do that).
The work environment at http://www.orlick.on.ca/ is very dangerous for the workers if outside tempature is at 45 degrees in the summer in side its 47 degrees ya they have fans but the fans blow hot air, some employees get dizzy and fall on the cement floor.
When they make complaints to the health and safety people of http://www.orlick.on.ca/ (they are threatened).
Orlick Industries http://www.orlick.on.ca/ says they really care its normal for humans to be sick sometimes and call in sick (one - two hours before shift) there policy is "we don't care if you are sick" if you miss more then 5 times in 60 days you are let go (no matter if you have a sick note).
This type of abuse has to stop we make the company money and we as a group will not stand for this type of abuse!
