I purchased a 2018 Rogue from Orr Nissan South Oct. 31, 2-18 I asked to see 2 Rogues, gave them vehicle ID numbers one was the Rogue sport and the other was just the Rogue SV. I was brought only 1 vehicle to look at and that was the Rogue SV, from that point it was rush, rush, keeping you so busy from introducing you to everyone in the dealership to the parts dept. I'm 62 years old and was so overwhelmed with all the confusion) I never got a chance to even look at the Sport model, but I test drove and I did love the Rogue SV but from the paperwork with the description of everything that came on the vehicle, one of those items being fog lights. I asked 4 times and the sales representative Dana told me 4 times it did indeed have fog lights.(That was 1 of the items I told him when I drove up that the vehicle I purchased had to have fog lights. The Sport model had them and this vehicle was suppose to have them according to all documents I had) After being there 5 hours, completely worn out, very anxious and in terrible pain, I drove it home. 85 miles away. I got home, walked around to the front and saw it did not have fog lights. I called them, asked for Dana, told him it didn't have fog lights and he blew me off, he had to go. So after I spoke with several people there, I filed a consumer complaint with Nissan Corp, on November 13 I got a text message from a manager named Claud telling me he had great news to call him, so I did, he promised me they were going to install fog lights, and give me a vehicle to drive while my vehicle was being serviced. 2 weeks went by I heard nothing, so I called Claud, asked him if he had received the fog lights, he told me he would check and call me back. Then nothing. I contacted The Nissan Corporation about my complaint they said they contacted Orr Nissan and someone was going to contact me. Still nothing. Today Jan. 18 I finally got a call from Claud at Orr Nissan, after speaking again to Lexi with Nissan Consumer Complaint dept. and Claud told me that they changed general managers, and they couldn't cover the full cost to install my fog lights, which meant I would be responsible for part of this costs. This is not what I was told Nov. 13, I was told they were going to cover this cost and give me a vehicle to drive. I wouldn't go to this dealership again if it were the last Nissan dealership around. They are all si deceptive, they go back on everything they tell you, they aren't interested in making the customer important at all, all they are interested in is when you sign those papers and they get their money. I paid mostly cash for this vehicle which was my first mistake. This dealership is awful. but now I am stuck with them if anything goes wrong with my vehicle. Horrible people working at Orr Nissan South.
