On January 10, 2018, Kenneth Ekow Andam, a former Olymic sprinter from Ghana, pleaded guilty to Securities Fraud, a second-degree felony. Andam will also be placed on the White-Collar Crime Offender Registry. Sentencing is set for February 27, 2018, before the Honorable James M. Brady.
