Major jay crose from the osceola county sherriffs office in kissimmee florida in osceola county thinks that in order for someone to file a police corruption report against his department the person has to speak perfect english and have perfect grammar i wasn't aware that those were the requirements.That goes to show his mindset as a" public server"He writes on this website all the time and he goes by the name of "Stacey" Obviously he's a coward that doesn't have the balls to write his real name .Major jay crose defines the meaning of police corruption don't take my word for it email me and i will show you prove. If major jay crose ever get's to be sherriff in osceola county it will be worst than living in a horror movie . This guy is a crminal a racist and a abuser of autority he is a disgrace to taxpayers in osceola county and an embarasement to the police offficers all over ..
