We are in the customer service business and this has by far been the worst customer service experience ever.
Jim ignores my calls, he ignores emails, he promises things that he does not deliver and he still have $1000 of payment for services never rendered. He goes on vacation and leaves some one named Mike to handle his affairs who then doesn't complete his work.
On 5/7/09, I paid $1000 to them. I was told that it would be done within 2 weeks. It's now 3+ months later. I've spoken to Jim about 10 times and have been promised, and have email proof of this as well, that I would have it done no problem.
Each week/day/hour there is a new excuse, first we're down, then we're not able, then we're working on it.
This is horrible. I've been nothing but cordial the whole time, but enough is enough. The only time I got a call from Jim was when I filed a paypal inquiry for the funds, 1 month after the promised date of delivery.
I'm not listing all the details of this as I have been advised not to in case I need to to take further actions.
