I wrote my experience actually on h t t p s : / / s c a m c  r i  m e r e p o r t . c o m / b e w a r e - o f  - a h s - r e s i d e n t i a l /

They had a construction project erecting 6 buildings for residential rentals. The address is 2101 N Australian Avenue, West Palm Beach FL. The short version of the story is that they look for ways to not pay contractors.  Some of these guys have done heavy prison time.

They ripped us off by taking advantage their payment schedule, they only pay every month after work has been done, so they they always owe you money. They also withhold retainage from each check. If you plan on working for them, just consider You likely not get that back.

They operate their construction site and organize all of the contractors on site. Towards the end of the project, they rushed construction to meet deadlines and mixed up the sequence between contractors. To correct that mistake they demanded 3-4 times the employees to work on site.

They made secret deals with fake "change-orders" making us think we would be paid more for the additional payroll. Then when it was time to pay, they changed the amount and denied they ever made the deal. So we reduced from 12 workers back to 6. As a result, they terminated us and never paid out $55,000. No retainage, no payout on due date. They also probably hired another painting company to then say the new one did all of the work. Fraudsters! Good thing we took a million pictures and video. We took pictures of all of the work we did, and they tell us they are "investigating the issue." This really hurt our families and all of the workers.

Additionally, some of them have serious criminal backgrounds including significant prison time. One of those employees used his seniority over my guys to trick them to painting other jobs for free. When I discovered this, we stopped doing the work and they took away "change-orders" (money) from us as a result. We have pictures, phone logs, text messages, everything to prove it. Attached is some charges and proof he was fresh out of prison.

We notified all the people involved and the 'team' on the AHS website - no response, other than a low level operator that is looking for ways to cover his own butt.

So let this be a warning to other contractors. Protect yourself!
